Who We Are
Based in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, PEAK Coffee Collective is a family-owned and operated venture inspired by four passionate individuals:
Payton & Emily Murray and Allen & Kat Norris — united by a shared commitment to family and an exceptional coffee experience. Our tagline, “Peak Flavor. Brewed to Belong.” perfectly captures who we are and what we value. We’re not only passionate about crafting great coffee; we believe that belonging changes everything.
Each of our lives has been shaped by adoption and fostering, which is why we’re striving to create a physical space where everyone feels they belong. In addition, because we deeply value the concept of “chosen family,” we’re committed to donating a percentage of our revenue to support local adoption and foster care services in the Tulsa Metro area.

Where We Are Going
We currently craft and bottle small-batch cold brew concentrate, delivering locally to the Tulsa and Oklahoma City metro areas. Our vision is to expand into a commercial space, enabling nationwide shipping, and ultimately open a brick-and-mortar coffee shop—a place where peak flavor and true belonging meet.
