Based in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, PEAK Coffee Collective is more than a coffee brand—it’s a story of family, belonging, and exceptional flavor.
Founded by four passionate individuals—Payton & Emily Murray and Allen & Kat Norris—we’re united by a shared belief: coffee is best when it brings people together. Our tagline, “Peak Flavor. Brewed to Belong.” reflects our mission to craft coffee that creates connection.
Our roots trace back to rural Northeast Louisiana, where early mornings began with hot coffee and heartfelt conversations. For Allen, one of our co-founders, coffee became a symbol of family. As a child, he shared countless pre-dawn cups with his grandfather—the man who adopted him. Those quiet moments sparked a lifelong pursuit of excellence in coffee, grounded in the values of love and belonging.
Years later, Allen discovered a deeper sense of home through his chosen family—the Murrays. They opened their doors, helped him uncover his gifts, and became an inseparable part of his life. That experience shaped our vision: to create spaces where everyone feels they belong.
Because adoption and fostering have touched each of our lives, we’re committed to giving back. A percentage of every purchase supports local adoption and foster care services in the Tulsa Metro area.

Where We Are Going
We currently craft and bottle small-batch cold brew concentrate, delivering locally to the Tulsa and Oklahoma City metro areas. Our vision is to expand into a commercial space, enabling nationwide shipping, and ultimately open a brick-and-mortar coffee shop—a place where peak flavor and true belonging meet.
